•	Managing, tracking and updating daily WIP reports across multiple vendors ensuring delivery dates are accurately reflected in the system
•	Establish and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers and vendors
•	Daily verbal and written communication with overseas vendors regarding style development, production and delivery information
•	Track, receive and distribute fabric quality submits, lab dip submits fit samples and production samples with critical approval due dates to appropriate departments
•	Create, revise, input and maintain production orders and monitor transmission to factories; coordinate records of purchase orders (POs)
•	Review Top of Production (TOPS) in conjunction with Technical Design and communicate any approvals/issues to factory
•	Assist Production Director in managing flow on brands such as Kardashian Kollection, Arthur George by Robert Kardashian, Stories by Kelly Osbourne


Sr. Production Coordinator

•	Management of raw materials inventory to ensure limited liability
•	Ensuring fit schedule dates are met, monitor, and track all proto/photo shoot samples
•	Submit revised/updated purchase orders; Follow-up on PO status


Production Coordinator

•	Manage all invoices for fabric, trims, grading, marking, and sewing to ensure all payments are submitted to accounting and processed in a timely manner
•	Try on clothes for buyers to review garment fit for production
•	Work closely with private line sales representatives to ensure samples and orders are sent out according to schedule
•	Create, monitor, and update purchase orders
•	Create style numbers and update development data
•	Maintain & organized storage system for samples by sorting/storing samples
•	Lead special projects and perform tasks as assigned by Product Development/Private Label Design Fashion Coordinator
