In my spare time i enjoy attending volunteer events.

While working in customer service based jobs I have acquired many skills as well as personal qualities that are extremely useful.  I am motivated, personable and detail-oriented, which is vital while pursing a career in customer service.  I am  experienced in providing customer service in various settings while working with multiple departments within agencies including military police work, human resources, and training, as well as in leadership roles.  My general duties include anything from general administration and secretarial duties, to providing clients support, handling the production of documents and, as well as personnel training, and team coordination. I am also well versed in resolving a wide range of  issues in the workplace among staff as well as client problems and inquiries.  I maintain excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and  problem resolution abilities.  This experience allows to me work well as a team as I am able to communicate well to others and also listen and take direction. My future career goals are to advance my current skills while also learning new skills. Ultimately I would like to complete a masters degree to better prepare myself for advancement and growth to other positions within a company I have worked with for a good length of time.

Military police provide the Navy with security specialists who perform antiterrorism, force protection, physical security, and law enforcement duties on land and at sea. Duties included are training, patrols, supervision and coordination of personnel, as well as conflict resolution. Skills acquired include customer service, communication, teamwork, analytical, and conflict resolution.

Duties included: Inputing new technician information and issuing identification. Maintaining employee records and updating company spread sheets with new employee information. Updating Regional Directors on status of employees. Tracking technicians routes and communicating with customers to provide arrival times. 

Program Provisioner/ Tracker

Duties included: Providing customer service to patrons. Cleaning and restocking of supplies. Cash handling and responsibility for register. Opening and closing.
