*	Manage West Coast & Key accounts
*	Process and enter at once orders, B2B’s, contracts and exchanges
*	Review daily sales releases
*	Review and confirm NuOrders
*	Confirm pricing and discounts are accurate on all incoming orders
*	Monitor incoming inventory by communicating with planning and sales team
*	Issue returns and call tags as needed
*	Issue credits as needed


*	Receive, process & confirm orders for the Western states & Strategic National Accounts
*	Implement Solaris Paper terms and conditions on all orders
*	Verify inventory both by checking various reports and attending daily inventory meetings.
*	Communicate shortage issues to production team and work out best solution possible for customers.
*	Release orders to logistics department for shipping
*	Keep accessible and orderly files
*	Update and revise customer pricing upon request
*	Create contracts and promotions in SalesForce.com
*	General troubleshooting with customer orders
*	Log and follow up on quality issues
*	Create credit request for Sales VP approval
