Claims Assistant

I have worked in retail and in an office environment. My goal is to find a company that I like and work my way up to the top.

Maintain a task diary set by adjusters and supervisors. Answer phone calls and take messages for adjusters as needed. Prepare and issue benefit notices and payments to claimants. Provide clerical support for adjusters and supervisors. Prepare the mail and fed ex shipments to go out. 

Research the fair market value of customer used gear that will be placed on the eBay store. Manage and maintain the eBay internet store website. Written and Oral communications with customers before, during and after sale of item.
Additional responsibilities; Account payable, shipping receiving, customer service, inventory control.


Internet Sales

Maintained and prepared documents of high value on behalf of the Lawyer, which may include complaints, breach of lease and contracts etc. Extensively dealt with clients and provided excellent customer relations. Maintained files and dealt with general correspondence


Legal Assistant

Receive incoming shipments; verify correct inventory and quantities were delivered.  Price, label and prepare products for the sales floor.
Verify out going customer orders were complete prior to shipment. Coordinated both pickup and delivery of parcels with multiple vendors


Shipping and Receiving

Assure customers had a good experience while shopping our store. Responsible for Fitting Room Duty, inventory floor changes and cashiering
