Manage daily operations of Shop, including setting expectations, driving maximum productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsible for Repair Shop adjacent to Rental Shop
Ran new hire clinics while creating new training tools
Helped execute various road shows and events
Consistent tracking of all equipment while keeping up with all Quality Assurance standards 
Assisting in choice of demo gear purchases
