I am currently a Sales Executive for C.H. Robinson. I interact with customers and prospects via telephone and face-to-face meetings and learn about their current supply chain and identify areas that C.H. Robinson can provide value and solutions. I also assist in managing key accounts and recruiting at career fairs. Prior to taking this job, I was an intern at C.H. Robinson and researched prospects and determined their potential value to the company. I also assisted in the day-to-day operations of a key account. My education includes a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Management from Utah State University. While going to school, I worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative for Convergys. This position involved listening to customer needs and providing technical solutions and billing resolutions. It also included upselling additional lines of business to current customers. In addition, while at Utah State, I worked on a team managing the social media for the Cache Valley Volunteer Center. I also got experience designing and administering surveys using online Qualtrics Research Suite. I was able to gain leadership experience by serving as the Vice President of Communications for the Huntsman Marketing Association. In this position, I helped recruit approximately 150 members to the association. My goals are to get into the Retail Industry in the outdoor sports/activity sector. I am passionate about outdoor sports and would like to be able to interact with customers and coworkers who share this passion. I would like to eventually work up to a management level retail position.
