I have a genuine interest in fashion (particularly lingerie and swimwear); i have a subscription to vogue and enjoy visiting the birmingham and paris trade shows. i spend a lot of time looking through fashion magazines and window shopping in the high street and on the internet

Looking for new ideas and helping to develop and consolidate my own style preferences.

i have a growing interest in travelling which my visits to australia and america have further fuelled. i love being in new places and experiencing new things. spending time in australia has only increased my love of the place and i know i want to spend more time there in the future.

Production Team

I have recently finished at De Montfort University with a 1st class honours degree in Contour Fashion (specialising in Lingerie, swimwear and corsetry design).  I am currently working on an internship at Nichole de Carle in London and will then be looking to extend my knowledge and experience.

Working for the production team.

So far I have had to:
-QC (Quality control check) garments before sending them off
-Cut fabrics for production and sample garments to be made
-Draw up a pattern from a ready made garment 
-Do working drawings using Photoshop and Illustrator
-Counting and checking stock in the warehouse

Generally helping out with anything that needed doing and helping Seafolly to prepare for their Launch Release. I learned to:

-Check garments against Spec packs
-Check samples against factory samples
-Check measurements and quality of garments
-Develop fabric/colour charts/boards
-Produce sealed sample packs
-Set up and organise showrooms for conferences and press release
-be particular on detail
