10-year experience in brand/sales management in a consumer good industry.

Today, I would like to open myself onto new horizons and I would like to put my ability to define and implement a successful business strategy to the good use of a leading organization and help the company to keep growing from a Global/European prospective. Senior Category Range Manager Lifestyle Footwear

Mission: in charge of Football product range (Footwear, Hardware) and Basketball (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories) for Area France (20% of total business within the Area)
• Range Management:
­=> Responsible for implementing the product strategy from HQ to local market, meeting expected profit and margin objectives
­=> Sharing input with adidas Global Business Unit to stay in tune wit market trends. 
• Reporting: Seasonal Planning and forecasting, benchmark analysis


Category Range Manager Football/Basketball

Mission: together with Director GMG Europe, responsible for managing the development and evolution of the NBA Apparel and Sporting Goods licensed business including:
• European Sports Licensed Strategy Development:
­=> In charge of the annual business plan (Europe accounting for 12% of the global revenues of NBA merchandise)
­=> On-going product monitoring with partners to insure adherence to strategy and proper segmentation across partners, segments and channels
• Implementation of Trade Marketing Programs with key Retailers :
­=> Coordinate mkting & activation plans with partners to meet sales objectives
­=> Develop retail programs with partners and European retailers across Europe to support sales


Marketing Coordinator

• European Sports Licensed Strategy Development: work closely with pan-European partners to develop NBA licensed products (apparel, footwear and sporting goods)
• Events: NBA Europe Games 2003, partner search, marketing plan and marketing activation, responsible of event marketing recap sent to all partners du book recap


Product Manager

• Mission: marketing campaign for the launch of SPORT+, a new subscription TV channel devoted to Sport+ (October 2002) 
• Accomplished: press pack and press releases, organization of the media conference to announce the channel launch, wrote weekly press releases
