A&R / Tour Marketing Intern

I am a hard working self starter interested in a passionate company to advance and grow with as one. I will grow and work for a company I believe in if it is the last thing I do.

Focused on the importance of an A&R and how they work to take care of the Artist and Labels needs. Working on everything from:
Documenting lodging, recording and travel budgets in a organized fashion.
Creating tour and recording itinerary for artist and staff.
Submitting album Sound Scans.
Shipping and tracking of label merchandise/albums.
Customer service for album orders/pre-sale orders.
Logging of online orders/pre-sale orders.
Updating social media.
Helping maintain artist relationships.
Written construction of equipment rental contract, shipping contract, video call sheet and model release contract.
Production and organization of Master Album’s template.
Database inventory of Master Albums in spreadsheet form.
Rough outline of 2015 festival.
Radio reports and sales.
Music video duties and tasks.
Office tasks and errands.
Internet research and comparison.
Scheduling and management of communications

Working in the office to learn about booking, Production, artist communications and shipping.
Communicate with artists from initial contact through settling after each event
Spread sheet organization
Research perspective artists and venues
Book artists and venues for future events
Promote shows, artists and company through social networking including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Work events by running the door, time management of show, handling of all cash and settling with venue and artists
Ticket production distribution and shipping.
Office Duties
Scheduling and management of communications.

Booking Agent / Intern

Responsible for upholding high levels of customer service.
Knowing all product uses and be able to match the want and needs for each customer.
Being able to handle cash effectively.
In charge of organization and inventory of all products in the stock room.
Making sure  the store and merchandise is tidy and neat at all times.
Encouraging and making sure co-workers are fulfilling work duties and are happy.

Sales Associate / Stock Room

Working as a traveling Merchandise Manager. In charge of orders, Inventory, organization and customer service.
Account for all cash sales and inventory for merchandise sold
Settled at the end of each show with venue/ promoter
Place and receive merchandise orders
Organization of sales and Merchandise
Set up merchandise display that has a strong visual effect
Handle cash effectively
Communicate with customers under a high intensity fast paced setting
In charge of organization and daily inventory of all products
Set up instruments, lights and stage production for daily performances
Trouble shooting problems arising during live performances
