My current interest is learning french.

My educational experience consists of a Bachelors Degree in Media and a Masters Degree in Communications. I have nearly five years of administrative experience within the fields of Social Work and Broadcast Media. My goals professionally are to continue to learn and gain experience as well as work in a creative environment.

This was an internship position within a digital marketing agency. I began as a content writer, in which I wrote blogs for various clients including Garage Smart, Wardrobe World, and Supacore to name a few. I eventually moved into the social media team where I developed social media strategy for the clients I was assigned. 

Content Writer

I taught English as a second language to elementary school children. I created lesson plans that involved teaching vocabulary, grammar, and a dialogue and/or song. Additionally, I administered oral tests to evaluate the student’s progress at the end of each unit.	                                                

ESL Teacher

As a manager, my role was to maintain reports (typing, filing), schedule training for workers, manage the calendar, phone line and interact with social workers, handle travel arrangements, minor bookkeeping and other duties as assigned. 

Office Manager

I provided administrative support to the Vice President and all levels of staff. I managed the phone line, calendar and all email correspondence. I created meeting agendas, edited documents and completed expense reports, greeted guests as well as managed marketing campaigns and reported to the Vice President. 

Freelance Office Assistant

I provided administrative support that included managing the calendar and phone line, data entry, filing, expense reports and other duties as assigned.
