I have worked in customer service, retail and sales for more than eight years, developing a reputation for problem-solving and superior customer relations skills. I would like to combine my customer service experience and my sailing skills to work for your company. In my previous positions as a cash vault teller I have processed big customer’s deposits, and working under deadlines. In my retail experience I've performed returns, greeted customers, recovered the sales floor, assist the manger in window displays, cashier and also over the phone customer service. In addition to my extensive retail experience, I have excellent communication skills. I always maintain a gracious and professional manner when communicating with people, including customers and store staff. With my position with Time Warner I perform many of the same tasks of my other work experience. As well as sell products to new and current customers. Take money, check and credit card payments. I took many computer classes in school which educated me in Microsoft office all aspects. In addition, most of my work experience has to do with me interacting with customers, Problem solving, and meeting deadlines.
