Seek out new enrollment from both self-generated and club sponsored programs to reach personal and team goals. Establish leads, maintain contact and make relationships with prospects and existing members.  Manage the facility on the weekends.  Resolve complaints that may arise on given shifts.  Conduct club tours and phone inquires.  Stay current with the club promotions, activities, events and group ex schedule.  Knowledgeable of club policies and procedures
