My experience and history spans from a broad spectrum of sales, support and training. During my career I maintained consistency of being top 3 in sales.   Having high interest in the tech sector, I looked for a position that would enhance my skills and further.  I have experience in hardware/software installation and support; training and full network deployment and server management, on Linux and Microsoft networks.  During this time, I was presented with an opportunity to create something new and work on establishing a web based company, ArtistForum.com.  

Finally, having much personal interest in action sports and various water related activities, I started my own business in 2010 in Nicaragua called - Nica Action Sports until September 2014 as I moved back to US due to personal reasons.

Introduced lake action sports to the Latin American/Caribbean region, using Nicaragua as a home base.  Operated an adventure travel service on Lake Nicaragua.  Oversaw all aspects of:
Running a rental/retail service located at the Marina Cocibolca, one of the most frequently used marinas by locals and tourist.  
Provided water safety & rescue services for national and international events on various surf circuits.  
Hosted Sports & Music festivals during spring break.  
Sponsored the youth athletes who represented the country. 
Offered a scholarship to help a youth in  need, who displayed talent in sports, but lacked the resources needed to get an education and train.
Hosted and offered prizes for regional and national competitions. 
Complete and full management of logistical/administration needs and its staff.  
Full design of and implementation of website.  
All legal filings with the country and its institutions.  
Appearances and presentations over various broadcast media channels. Represented the country at various international sport organizational meetings.  
Created overall awareness for Nicaragua as an action adventure travel destination.  
Offered training courses for the various styles of riding and equipment used.  
Created various promotional activities at locations across the pacific coastline and establishments throughout the country.

My responsibilities consisted of:
All aspects of network connectivity and data integrity. 
Hardware implementation and network design.  
Inventory control of warehoused merchandise.  
International shipping.  
Project management of webcasting/streaming media events.  
Local and online administration of servers and services.  
Installation of various cabling mediums.  Mass email marketing events.  
Website customer support. Order fulfillment.

Network Administrator/Data Integrity Officer

Responsible for:
Hardware/software installation and support
Full network deployment and server management, on Novell and Microsoft networks
Data entry requirements for many aspects of our business function
Dispatching of servicemen and training representatives to client locations
Scheduling client appointments. 
Collections & Billing.  
I also would provide service for our clients as far as training in the SBT accounting software modules, which we sold as a distributor and customized for our customer needs.  
Network Installations, Hardware sales & repair and software sales & customization.
