Water Meter Reader

Experience managing a project from start to finish, including supervision and coordination of all outside vendors, budgeting, scheduling and approval processes. Ability to work with time and budget constraints to deliver quality results on time and on target.

Read water meters on a scheduled route
Enter readings, access information, and other data into a handheld meter data recorder
Drive a company vehicle, walk long distances, climbs stairs, and lift water meter box covers in order to access meters.

Manage and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings

Responsible for updating & organizing Program Distribution’s internal physical master library consisting of 8,000+ elements.  Coordinate all masters to & from outside vendors for duplication, ingestion & servicing. Maintain the Inventory database ( 27k+ unique assets) includes barcoding & entering newly delivered audio & video elements & publicity materials. Digitize & organize series’ paperwork—continuity scripts, music cue sheets, main & end titles onto the dept network drive for streamlined accessibility for distribution. Liaison between SNI & offsite storage facilities for long-term storage of elements,pull/return of assets, & archive of legacy elements, providing necessary documentation of materials.  Provide CBS International & Domestic Television sales teams w/ DVD screeners when requested (approx. 7,500+ per year). Prepare sales kits for the CBS Int & Domestic TV sales teams by creating DVD-R screeners, one-sheets, & gathering series’ crew lists, production notes, biographies, etc. to aid in the sale of Showtime series worldwide. Ascertain & update cost tracker for all Program Dist & Int'l Home Entertainment’s operating expenses & submit to Director of Dist. & Director of Program Operations & Distribution for approval. Update QB accounting daily by entering vendor invoices & closing out P.O. Process & submit dept invoices to assigned business analyst for payment. Using E1, follow up on the submission & payment status of vendors’ invoices. Keep cost-center, vendor codes, and sub-ledger reference documents organized & current. Generate transcripts of all promotional videos for foreign language translation. Transcripts will be provided to CBS Int'l Dist., Canadian output distributors, co-partners (i.e. Sony, Warner Brothers) with the delivery of each cleared & revised series promo and SFU spot. Perform general admin duties, coordinating VP’s travel arrangements, generating VP’s expense reports, answering phones, ordering necessary office supplies..

Sales & Production Manager

Currently as a Production Coordinator I manage the production schedule and oversee the production of DVD titles monthly to ensuring they are released as schedule. This includes working with video assets from studios to production houses with authoring and designers on the art working as well as the packaging creation, menu design and eventually manufacturing of the products. I am the liaison between our studios, our sales team, our public relations and marketing teams ans wellas our replicator. I oversee all of the products from conception to the final delivery to store shelves. 

In addition I serve as a liaison with the purchasing department to create the proper and accurate production of purchase orders. I maintaining the IEG DVD Access Database containing information on all titles. Maintain the IEG B2B website.

Managed operations and supervised staff of the geographic research department.  Key responsibilities included project planning, budgeting and management; scheduling; and inter-departmental coordination. Coordinated the access of digital data from city, county, state and federal governmental agencies.  Supervised  data maintenance, reporting and legal documentation as required. Assisted with accounts receivable and payable.

Developed innovative enhancement programs which resulted in a reduction of production costs as well as optimized project tracking.
