Plan and execute events in North America along with running tradeshow operations

Plan, coordinate and execute events by overseeing the operations for trade shows and North American event initiatives.
Manage trade show operations which include working with cross functional departments, marketing collateral, sourcing relationships with outside contractors, vendors or event staff, budgeting, travel planning, shipping logistics, on-site operations and post event reporting.
Represent the events group in a professional manner through all written, verbal and in-person communications. Responsible for event projects including identifying marketing needs, recommending event action plans that support corporate initiatives and brand goals by developing creative identities and brainstorming with marketing team.
Liaise with external sales reps, agencies, and event partners to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of all events and trade shows. Travel to and act as on-site events manager.
