I have 20+ years of experience in the sporting goods, snow sports and outdoor space. In an ongoing challenge, I am returning a brand to predictable growth after multiyear slide in revenue. I am responsible for $6.5 million in annual sales revenue which represents a 25% growth over the previous calendar year as a result of update to existing sales team, systems and processes. I have a broad base of experience consulting and working directly with both smaller brands like Dermatone (revenue$3 – $5 million) and larger companies like Inov-8 with 24+ reps and US revenues in the range of $14 million. I have sold and consulted for multiple soft and hard goods categories including: apparel, footwear and accessories. As GM and Sales Director I managed a team of sales reps selling a variety of products. Accessories like Timex and Power Bars, apparel brands like Descente, Avia, Hind, and footwear and hardgoods like Redfeather Snow Shoes, Vans and Scott, and eyewear brands like Nikon, Serengeti, Mountain Shades and Optic Nerve. I have also directly managed independent sales reps across the United States and International Distributor for accessories Dermatone and All Terrain sunscreen, athletic footwear brands such as Inov-8 and Spira and hydration brands like Zym, ProHydrator and Sharkies. I continue to develop the structure for predictable growth for the Spira brand, traveling with reps across the United States while working with regional power houses like Playmakers in Michigan, Fit 2 Run in Florida, Fleet Feet in North Carolina and National players like Road Runner Sports in California, Bass Pro in Missouri and Foot Locker in New York to mention a few. I have extensive professional experience in run, cycle, performance sports, snowsports, outdoor sports and general sports channels and have called on or worked with many brands within.
