Senior executive with broad business acumen and multi-discipline experience in small- to mid-size ($10M to $500M) companies.  Blending strategic focus with management execution I've helped companies maintain their competitive advantage, mitigate corporate risk and grow four-fold.  I've capitalized on learning agility which has allowed me to take on new, never-before-experienced challenges and manage to success.

Provide leadership for Ten Thousand Villages Redondo Beach as we transition from initial fundraising and awareness building into a sustainable company through governance, board development and financial oversight.

Collaborated with CEO and VP Finance to grow company from a $6M privately held venture servicing independent retailers to a $25M+ publicly traded corporation servicing national industrial and major retailers.  Responsible for all supply chain functions, financial planning & analysis and customer service.

Executive Vice President, COO

Accountable for all supply chain functions for the US operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, quality control and warehouse/distribution as well as budgeting and managing all expenses related to supply chain management.  Revenues exceeded $400M. Directed a 60 person team and established a demand-planning process to dramatically improve inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

Sr. Vice President of Operations

Managed supply management for four North American divisions, with revenues totaling $210M and comprised of five functional departments including inventory management, distribution, credit/collection, inside sales and customer service.  Coordinated with sales and marketing senior management to establish and achieve annual operating plans.  Directed 55 salaried employees in addition to hourly and temporary staff at the home office and three regional distribution centers.  Implemented collaborative forecasting with the top five customers
