I have been an customer service supervisor, Store Manager, Sales support.  I been dealing with customer most of my career.

Created Purchase Orders and sent them to vendors.   Added new product and inventory into the company's operating system or the warehouse can receive them.  Created special sell sheets for the sales team to show new and current customers.  Entered orders for customers and made sure the product was available to sell.  Answered customer's questions regarding their orders.  Letting the sales team know if products are sold out.  Maintaining sample room for customers to view products that were in stock

Customer Service/ Sales Support

Managed the store consistently with the short and long term interests of the company and customers.  Consistently ensured that customers received the highest level of service.  Responsible for team member training, coaching and development, including all other human resources and payroll related functions at store level.  Oversee and evaluated new hire training for all new associates.  Maintained an efficient ordering system to ensure that all necessary store supplies were available as needed.  Assumed responsibility for store opening and closing procedures including: counting register and safe funds, completing bank deposits, opening/closing registers and securing all store assets

Store Manager

Supervise staff consisting of several sales associates and trainees.  Provided motivation and demonstrated leadership to improve customer satisfaction.  Provided training, mentoring and coaching for current and new sales support associates.  Helped oversee operations and provided daily performance reports on all sales associates within my department.  Continuously improved productivity, process and service for the customers as well as the store.
