o	Greets and welcomes guests of the park and validates guests’ entrance tickets
o	Answers guests’ inquiries about theme park services, facilities and operation
o	Processes season passes for guests and informs them about the park’s promotions

o	Responds to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written
o	Identifies and assesses customers' needs quickly and accurately
o	Monitors customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
o	Informs, educates and processes customers’ billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures
o	Ensures quality service for customers

Senior Customer Service Representative

o	Directly communicates with the Production on Post Production Schedules
o	Distributes Work Orders to the Post Production Team
o	Manages job assignments within the company, including reviewing of weekly status reports from Post Producers and scheduling meetings.
o	Processes Technical Fees for Post Production Artists

Traffic Coordinator

o	Answers products and services questions; suggests information about other products and services.
o	Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
o	Opens customer accounts by recording account information
