Events Assistant and Office Administrator 

Assist event managers, sales team and banquet manager throughout the booking process and day of events. Also I am the first point of contact for everyone entering the Convention Center, where I direct them to the proper location or ensure that all of the guests needs are satisfied.  

I recruit new clients for the company and constantly meet with them throughout the year to ensure adequate customer service is being provided and I manage the office, from the employees to event coordinating for business meetings and social gathering for clients. 

Public Relations and Office Manager

General administrative work, from filing to answering the phones and greeting clients. As well as acting as a personal assistant to every lawyer, ensuring all documents were filed onetime and following the proper procedure.
