Director of Operations

Founded and developed restaurant building, conceptualizing and executing Consultation Company. 
•	Conducted monthly/quarterly/yearly sales analysis and P&Ls for all inventors including summary with recommended strategy changes to operations to improve sales.
•	Oversaw and manage all capital movement including bank accounts, payroll and purchasing. 
•	Teaching at UCLA Management and construction plan

•	Consult with restaurant companies for new builds that include everything from business plans, sales projections, construction details, restaurant design and layout and menu development.

•	Collaborated and coordinated with marketing teams in Germany to strategize on increasing sales and brand awareness through sporting events, PR, magazine sponsorships and kite surf dealers.
•	Oversaw sales in West and Central U.S.
•	Managed warehouse inventory and reported on sell through of sizes and models to properly stock supply.
•	Coordinated purchasing orders with Germany central office for entire U.S. based on inventory report analysis.
•	Frequently traveled to Germany to meet with sales and marketing departments on U.S. growth strategies.
•	Continually worked with brokers to assure shipments were arriving through U.S. customs in a timely manner.
•	Prepared monthly sales, inventory and activity recap reports for German offices. 
• Tested all Kite surf equipment and gave feedback to development department in Germany.
