Looking for a long term career in the surf industry. I am willing to start at a lower position and work my way up to a long term career.

I was a group leader for our very successful surf camp in Jacksonville, Fl. I was in charge of 2-3 instructors and how they interacted with 8-12 campers. We taught the campers water and equipment safety. We also gave them surf instructions from first timers to the more experienced camper.
