My names is Cody Miles and I was born and raised in Oak Creek, Colorado. During my time at Soroco High School I spent most of my time playing varsity sports. I was a four sport athlete, but football was my favorite. I was lucky enough to receive a athletic scholarship to play for Fort Lewis College located in Durango, Colorado. At Fort Lewis I pursued a degree in Business Administration but quickly fell in love with the marketing aspect of business. After four years of balancing varsity football and academics I graduated this May with a bachelors degree in business administration and marketing. The  free time I had in Durango spent enjoying my other hobbies such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, rafting, etc. 

After graduating from Fort Lewis I moved out to Maine for the summer and explored the East coast. This was an amazing experience that taught me many things. Most of all it made me realize how much I missed my home state of Colorado. Currently, I am on the job hunt and looking for a place to start a career. I would like to pursue a career in marketing but I am open minded and willing to explore different opportunities. I am looking for a company that is  as passionate and completive as I am.

o	Management of various surrounding area event calendars.

o	Manage and execute creative projects designed to promote Durango as a year-round destination.
o	Determine if DATO is meeting objectives and goals through social media analytical tools.

Intern

o	Supervised elementary to middle school youth members. 
o	Managed and embraced the Youth Development Strategy.
o	Provided recognition to club members through positive validations, healthy incentives, and affirmations. 
o	Developed commitment from club members to ensure active participation in programs and activities.

Youth Development Assistant

o	Operated maintenance equipment, including trencher and skid steer. 
o	Notified management concerning need for major repairs or additions.
o	Responsible for designing and installing turf, drip, and pump sprinkler systems.
o	Provided scheduled maintenance and service checks to maintain sprinkler systems.
