Marketing Assistant/Events Manager

Strategic x creative marketing professional with cross-functional experience managing multiple projects and team partners. Marketing Coordinator

--Act as Point of Sale authority to underwrite loans.
--Review and analyze income, assets, and property and title documentation to determine qualification.
--Maintain communication with Title Company, appraiser and insurance agent to ensure all conditions are satisfied on loan files.
--Performed as quality control audits of loan and ensure pre-funding conditions have been met.
