Create CADs for market and store presentations, Develop new silhouette sketches,  Approve lab dips, strike offs and art size placements, Build and update all buy boards, Assign style numbers and body codes, Create mood boards highlighting trends, silhouettes, color and fabrics, Coordinate with multiple departments to develop pre-production samples for customer approval, Set up new body developments and on-order styles through PLM, Participate in Fit sessions and provide comments to ensure proper fit as it relates to retailer requirements, Follow up on art and PP approvals with licensing team, Create and maintain a sample WIP for all major accounts, Gather necessary fabric/trim standards and prep packages for overseas factories, Communicate and follow up daily with factories, Issue PO’s for outsourced vendors, Source fabric with Domestic and Import vendors 

Assist the fabric buyer with purchasing materials for production. Request lab dips using standards. Receiving and sending strike offs/production bulk to buyers for fabric approval. Entering purchase orders into Pacific Apparel System and Blue Cherry. Actualizing/configuring the yields per style cut. Communicate with fabric vendors to ensure on time delivery and obtain any sample yardages needed for pattern makers. Prep garment testing forms and packages for send out. Request samples from showroom. Communicate with sales reps to confirm any TBD information.

Assist customers in choosing the right service and phone to meet their needs.Resolve any problems the customer may have with excellent customer service. Make sure the department is maintained and well stocked
