Senior Channel Sales Manager

Accomplished and experienced sales and marketing executive with a background in developing consumer brands and gaining significant retail and online presence. I have managed multi-million dollar sales budgets and marketing campaigns. Manage several national retail accounts across different verticals.  I also managed ZAGG’s two-step distribution team, repairing years of channel pricing conflict from previous mismanagement. Direct account management responsibility for the following national accounts: RadioShack, Sears Holdings, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond, Tech Data, and Ingram Micro.

•	Managed a successful team of 100+ sales professionals calling on several large retailers in the kitchen electrics space. Accounts managed include: Costco, Sam's Club, Bed Bath and Beyond, Dillard's, QVC, Amazon.com, Target, and others.
•	Championed, and managed the execution of a retail development strategy focused on building a diverse portfolio of retail partners both domestically and internationally.
•	Key results: increased division contribution margin by 100% for two consecutive years while simultaneously growing topline sales in excess of 60%.

Director of Residential Sales

Built sales relationships with several Fortune 500 customers including Wal-Mart, Best Buy,
Staples, Target, Office Max, Kmart, Fry’s Electronics, and Office Depot. Developed new product strategies and business plans targeted at expansion opportunities. Direct responsibility for overseeing division P&L.

VP of Sales

Oversaw branding / business development operations and cost control / finance (with team). Managed logistics, sales / product presentations, and accounts with major online retail presence. 
•	Achieved 15%+ monthly profits in collaboration with executive team colleagues.
•	Closed lucrative deals with customers such as Costco.com and Walmart.com after devising a business plan and obtaining financing; created “big business” dynamic for a fledgling company.

President of Sales & Marketing and Owner

Directed the creation / implementation of strategic plans, sales forecasting, expense budgeting, and directly managed 4 team members with 13 indirect reports. Analyzed markets, developed  new business opportunities, and ensured margin sufficiency of new products.
•	Grew sales 440% in 3 years by winning business at large customers including QVC UK, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Marshall Fields, and HSN (elevating company from smaller scale account base).

General Manager & Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Oversaw 7 northwestern U.S. accounts generating $10M+ annually from 2-step distributors and large retailers; initially managed Irwin and eventually all of Rubbermaid in the territory. Developed strategies to maximize product placement / sales and win business away from competitors.
•	Grew YOY area revenues $1.5M (15%+ vs. industry average of ~ 3.5%) after replacing veteran independent sales representatives; established all 5 distributors as full-line suppliers.
•	Increased revenues $350,000 during initial interaction with Fred Meyer / Bi-Mart.
•	Earned ranking in divisional top 5% for sales / growth during 2002; achieved 152% of target.
