Production / Sourcing Manager

?	Work closely with the design team to develop a product line for the brands Champion & Hanes. 
?	Partner with Design and Merchandising early in the calendar cycle to facilitate the development of product within budget and timeline to meet market requirement. 
?	Negotiate pricing with suppliers resulting in increased gross profit.
?	Follow the Time and Action Calendar and adhere to deadlines for giving fit, color and trim approval so that there is no delay in the production plan cut date that could result in delivery delays. 
?	Improved on-time delivery by adhering to the merchandising calendar and by weekly review of factory W.I.P. reports to verify all components of production are tracking to plan. Track shipments from vendor to distribution center.
?	Build strong, lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors in China, Bangladesh, Jordan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan & India to help foster an environment of partnership & trust.
