Office Manager

A fast-learning, organized and motivated professional with a degree and several years experience in both Fashion and Business Management. •	Operations Manager - Maintain project order numbers, project timeline, per diems, project receipt folders, answer phones, handle mail, manage vendor accounts, responsible for hiring and managing internship position 
•	Bookkeeper – Accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, manage cash flow, certified and regular payroll, reconcile all accounts, manage company credit cards, prepare financial reports for CEO, meet with IRS agent to handle audit, work with CPA to file taxes, cut overhead costs by 10%
•	Assistant Project Manager – Assist SVP of Commercial Sales with managing all projects. Manage contracts, project budgets, certified payroll requirements, union requirements, customer accounts and vendor accounts; attain required insurances, bonds, city and state licenses and all other legal requirements.   
•	Human Resource Manager – Manage new employees, healthcare, EDD account, unions, reimbursements, withholdings, employee loans, workers compensation claims, daily correspondence with employees, ensure labor laws are met, meet with auditors for workers comp, EDD and unions

•	Operations Management - Assist in managing a team of 6 sales associates, responsible for opening and closing, cash wrap, manage daily upkeep of the store, stockroom and office, assist in the buy for new collections, visual merchandising, maintain inventory, process shipments, help hire and train new employees, send daily reports to manager, meet with corporate employees to go over business goals etc. 
•	Sales Management -  Generate sales to exceed sales goals through outstanding customer service, work with Retail Pro System, represent brand name, develop and maintain clientele book, reach out to customers via weekly emails, maintain a strong knowledge of each collection and the overall brand, style clients to ensure the highest units per transaction

Assistant Store Manager

•	Business Development Manager- Work with owner to bring the online boutique to a brick and mortar location, assist in buying process, implement and maintain inventory system
•	Sales Manager- Manage all sales in store and online through visual merchandising, photo shoots, edit photos for online marketing, list product specs and descriptions on website, manage online orders 
•	Customer Service Manager - Grow a loyal customer base by performing high quality customer service via phone, email and personal thank you letters. Provide live chatting service on website to ensure great online customer service. 
•	Advertising Manager – Update social media pages on a daily basis, create and send daily emails to large customer database worldwide, create and update “The Look” pages on website, maintain blog to create a lifestyle brand 
•	Manage Intern Positions – Schedule and hold interviews, train interns, delegated responsibilities
