Administrative Support

I am a skateboarder with over 15+ years of rooted interest in all aspects of the industry from skate videos, to hard goods, footwear, and apparel along with monitoring trends within all generations of skateboarders and media.

In the real world however, I've taken on a variety of customer service, labor, and administrative clerical positions that have relied on my great office and reception skills combined with my unique perspective in customer relations due to my many years as a skateboarder.

-	Customer service and marketing including recruiting new students, managing school website, voicemail, and email
-	Assistant to Director of Nursing and Director of Operations with tasks including data research, letterhead documents, official student transcript production, and recorder during staff meetings
-	First point of contact to students, prospective students, and business professionals
-	Manage daily student attendance, administer entrance exams, proctor computer and written exams, fielding inquiries by telephone and email, scheduling appointments, and producing academic and disciplinary documents as requested by operations and faculty


-	Assistant to CEO of inventory firm and first point of contact regarding all administrative inquiries. Produced location, floor plan, and asset inventory worksheets on Filemaker Pro
-	Maintained and organized schedules for independent contractors to conduct computer inventory audits for Kaiser Permanente
-	Booked flights, rental car and hotel reservations for contractors as well as being lead correspondent with IT Site Supervisors
-	Processed inventory counts of IT equipment at various contracted institutions


Project Team Lead

-	Part-time county clerk with emphasis on processing library books and audio/visual media and installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues within the department
-	Packed and shipped items to libraries throughout Los Angeles County requiring use of internet and specialized programs
