Currently works as social media representative and knowledgeable craft beer server, but would like to transition back into the fashion and retail corporate industries.

Providing excellent customer service and beer knowledge to large quantities of table during lunch and dinner service. Works closely with other staff during monthly events to maximize guest satisfaction and business profits. Other duties include money handling, clean up, and POS knowledge.

Works alternately as a server and beertender in a fast paced gourmet burger and craft beer forward restaurant. Caters to customers’ needs in a timely manner leading them through every step of their meal while using extensive menu and overall beer knowledge to meet the needs and wants of every customer. Uses full knowledge of POS systems to pace orders properly while working closely with kitchen staff, as well as completing side work to create a well oiled machine of a restaurant. As bartender, maintains a cash drawer, stocks and counts beer inventory, runs food and drinks, while maintaining a cleanly bar environment for customers. Also works as the social media manager for Redlands location, working closely with management to effectively market the restaurant through Facebook and Instagram.

Server/Social Media Representative

Acts as a primary assistant to the operation manager’s daily duties, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, sku-ing all incoming inventory, as well as performing cycle counts for existing inventory.  Dealing with cash for store’s daily sales--cash drop and drawer building.  Oversees organization of the warehouse thus guaranteeing flawless retail function and in turn maximizing profit potential.  Other duties include merchandising to further support sales, checking receipts to ensure correct product is exiting the store, and answering phones.
