I have more than five years experience in Product Development managing both Young Contemporary and Mens, specifically the knits, sweaters and woven's category. I have experience working closely with design teams and managing the development process from tech pack pass off until the styles are production ready. I also have experience overseeing and specializing in costing. I am confident that my years of experience and background in Product Development and Production can be a beneficial contribution to any organization. I offer the flexibility of adapting my skills to any company’s philosophy of doing business. * Worked in conjunction with design team and responsible for managing product from tech pack pass off until product is production ready. 
* Managed communication with vendors and factories regarding costing sheets, sample status, 
 fit comments, wash/fabric/artwork/trim/label submits and approval. 
* Directly responsible for all costing and counter development communication with all vendors/factories.
* Worked in conjunction with buyers and merchants to establish profit margin per season.
* Managed and conducted handoff meetings with design, production, buyers and merchants per season 
* Responsible for executing on all corporate calendar deadlines in accordance to policy procedure.

Product Development Manager

* Assisted Senior Vice President of Design and Product Development 
* Answered phone calls, took messages, and scheduled appointments
* Communicated with several departments on a daily basis (i.e. allocations, accounts payable, HR, factories)
* Arranged daily meetings with the CEO.
* Organized travel for the production department, time cards and vacation/ sick forms, files, data entry and emails
* Arranged spreadsheets with weekly sales totals and weekly buys for retail stores


Executive Assistant 

* Assisted account executives. Completed purchase orders, assisted with account inquiries, data entry, answered phone calls responded to emails and faxes. 
* Scheduled appointments for events and trade shows.  
* Traveled to various trade shows and filled in as sales representative when needed. 
* Ordered supplies for showroom, organized showroom.
