Executive Assistant to the CEO

•Created and implemented  a 360' degree marketing plan to promote world music artist Kwanza Jones, booked and negotiated crew rates for all performances and managed online portals. 

•Increased the online presence by 10-15% promoting the "Something Beautiful" campaign through Youtube and Myspace that encouraged fans to submit pictures/videos on what they thought was beautiful to them.

•Compiled and generated data for airplay reports and coordinated all performances as well as travel for artist. Researched branding opportunities in video games, TV, film and mobile devices, coordinated national tour with; hired and supervised interns. 

•Created two distinct online campaigns to promote artists' 2007 calendar, negotiated artist compensation with venue and set up media interviews to promote shows and handled special projects as assigned.
