Quality Assurance Assistant

It is my responsibility to receive incoming parts that are defected or not up to standards. I then log them in to our databases. I have them tested for cause of defect, then update the databases with the findings. I am also in charge of taking care of all outgoing shipments in my department.

- Update databases
- Restock parts
- Scrap parts
- Shipping/ Receiving 
- Develop Market charts clearly showing Customer Quality results
- Develop the Monthly Report 
- Develop Customer QOS packets documenting numerous quality results and corrective actions
- Review Customer Websites
- Support the General Manager of Quality and QA2 Manager on special projects as needed
- Set meetings

o	Responsible for prepping and building new samples for specific retailers
o	Receiving and shipping completed samples 
o	Coordinate quality inspection once samples are completed 
o	Completion of projects on time 
o	Maintaining sample and product platform inventory 
o	Provides back up to the paint and other sample technician(s)
o	Help daily model shop tasks
o	Organize and receive parts for model shop
o	Work closely with other departments to fulfill their sample and product needs


Lead Shop Technician

Server

Being lead server meant that I had a bit more responsibility than the other front of house staff. it was my job to not only serve but also, helped out other servers with any problems and talked to guests if they had any problems. i also had the ability to do comps on our computer system. i was also in charge of making sure everyone completed their cleaning duties at the end of the night and collected their cash outs at the end of the night.
As a bartender, not only did I do the typical bar tending job of making drinks and and keeping my bar guests happy, but I also made drinks for the servers tables. One of my favorite parts of bar tending was creating our drink specials every week.
