Director - eCommerce Fulfillment

Supply chain subject matter expert in ecommerce fulfillment, store distribution and retail management. Strong knowledge base of many WMS programs, including configuration, testing and implementation from an operational standpoint.  Leader of various process improvement, capacity, labor management, MHE design, and automation projects. Long track record of successful achievements.

Control all functions within a four hundred thousand square foot eCommerce fulfillment center.  
Manage start to finish, several large projects including WMS integration, building expansion and automation.

Operations Manager - Dot Com

Manage a distinct department within a large scale, high volume distribution center
Oversee all day to day operations including, staffing, workload, deliverables and goals.
Facilitate interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and counseling team members within the facility.
Create extensive planning tools to aid in productivity improvements and meeting expected results.
Partner with vendors to improve packaging and loading of product to improve productivity and reduce damages.
Drive implementation of Lean Scheduling process to reduce staff and automate carrier appointing.
Work with, and drive improvement in, WMS programs, Rapidwave, Sort Director, voice and RF systems.


Department Manager

Oversee a shift within the receiving department of a large scale, high volume distribution center
Uphold standards in relation to productivity, accuracy, accountability, coaching and the corrective action process.
Direct associates on proper receiving, product return off-load, and ecommerce shipping procedures. 
Maintain the integrity of the warehouse inventory by ensuring accurate receipt and put away in an efficiently. 
Perform all associate reviews, and establish a high level of morale through employee engagement and activities.
Use of WMS program Advantage Highjump, PO Deal, AS400 and Office Suite


Receiving Manager

Manage all activities pertaining to the store in order to increase sales and productivity. 
Establish and maintain strong customer service directives in order to build repeat business, and increase store profitability through the use of target item selling, sales building contests and in-store recognition.
Determine merchandise needs, based on store sell-through, customer demand, market trends, and overall sales, relaying this information through presentations to the District manager. 
Follow through on company directed floor sets, and merchandising plans in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.
