Currently on the search for my next career opportunity. With over 15 years experience in sales and service for the cycling and outdoor industry, I hope to continue my career path contributing to these industries in which I have so much passion and knowledge to share.

Britax acquired BOB in December 2011.  I transitioned with the company as the former National Sales Manager at BOB, to support the brand and to ensure the National Accounts were managed successfully during the transition.  My loyalty to the BOB brand and our existing customer base was my highest priority.  I successfully managed our key strategic retail partners for three years after the acquisition, including REI, QBP, LL Bean, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods and a handful of other strategic partners such as World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) aka Ironman Corporation, International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA), in addition to our European trailer distributor.  Other responsibilities included lead role for management, coordination and execution of our key outdoor trade shows such as InterBike, Outdoor Retailer (OR), QBP's Frostbike and Ironman World Championships in Kona.

National Account Manager - Outdoor/Bike/Run

Managed inside sales team of regional and national account managers, independent outside sales reps, customer service team and receptionist.  As a member of the leadership team at BOB, I managed the largest number of employees in the company. I was responsible for all sales and customer service, including hiring and firing, sales forecasting, promotional planning, price policy audits and enforcement, business development, shared responsibilities with marketing for trade show management for all channels. Strategic retail partners included REI, Amazon, BRU, bbB, QBP, LL Bean, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods,  MEC (Canada) and several hundred independent specialty retailers.

National Sales Manager

Managed all Specialty Sales, inside sales team and outside sales reps. Responsible for account management for major accounts including Nordstrom, AAFES, in addition to overseeing all independent specialty accounts. Responsible for sales forecasting and projections on a monthly and annual basis. Business development, pursued new business and growth of existing accounts. 
Responsible for setting and hitting monthly and annual sales goals.

Specialty Sales Manager

Managed the Consumer Service and Warranty Department, including technical support, sales orders, Product Integrity Claims, Employee Purchase, and more. 
Supervised a tiered staff of 12-18 employees in a call center with exceptional service
Responsible for servicing 8 - 10 brands at once (Rack and Kayak).

Consumer Service Supervisor

Supported Sales Manager and Account Executive with day-to-day B2B order management including EDI and dealer services to the key accounts (REI, LL Bean, Galyan's, Sport Chalet, etc.).

Key Account Representative

Responsible for sales and service for the Cycling side of the business
Responsibilities included building & repairing bikes, accessories and rentals 
Recognized for highest bike sales.  Attended Outdoor University training session. 
Sales and support for the Boat and Backpacking side of the store as needed
Opening and closing responsibilities. Covered GL as needed.
