•	Reviewed NCAA Clearing House rules for each prospective athlete

Running Back Coach

Assist head coach with daily football operations:
• Coordinate study hall hours, grade checks, end of semester transcripts
• Create and implement new football techniques and philosophies
Oversee and instruct over 900 athletes per year including 110 football players per year:
• Provide administrative assistance with athletic enrollment, application process and academic planning
• Structure class scheduling, syllabus and curriculum for football and weight training classes 
• Plan and develop class attendance rosters, weekly course outlines, and semester goals
• Facilitate locker room, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Strategically develop workout regiments, diet analysis, and body assessments for all Santa Ana College Sports
• Coordinate times and lifting schedules for each sport
