Was originally hired as a Creative Director, managing two associates, but was given the opportunity to mix traditional agency roles and work more closely with clients in the development and execution of their complete annual marketing plans. While my time at this company was brief, it was a career turning point because it revealed to me my potential as strategic marketer, business leader and influencer/advocate for our clients. It also inspired me to pursue my MBA.

Creative Director

CBC Advertising is a full-service "niche" agency which provides marketing, public relations and creative services to many of the foremost auto dealerships in the world. Directed and oversaw the responsibilities of all graphic designers, copywriters, web developers and other creative personnel in the creation of ad campaigns, point of sale displays and print collateral for the automotive industry. Supervised all creative elements through the delivery of the final advertisement to media. Was accountable for developing solid campaign concepts, collaborating with account managers and making presentations to clients at pitch meetings. Was also responsible for monitoring art department workflow, monitoring budgets, managing departmental billing and coordinating schedules with a national sales team.

Responsible for developing advertising used in all agency produced publications and sales collateral. Was assigned to manage ad creation for regional Coca-Cola and Long John Silvers advertisements. Was the project manager responsible for the very first Zoobook website. This website and the Zoobook publication reached over 400,000 opt-in households.
