- Manage the workloads of 35 utility locators across Eastern Ontario
- Dispatch and prioritize jobs for utility locators daily
- Continually problem solve for customers and ensure work is completed
- Handle customer complaints and take the appropriate courses of action

- Responsible for client accounts on a daily basis
- Handled new clients daily
- Processed payments, assembled goods, and shipped goods internationally
- Basic HTML coding of various webpages
- Ensured quality customer service

Sales Manager

- Oversaw all aspects of the club including finances, trip organization and marketing.
- Organized large weekly group ski trips 
- In charge of promoting and marketing all events hosted by the club
- Handled all transactions and was responsible for the clubs budget

- Responsible for a very high level of customer relations daily.
- Ensured all members of the golf course had their expectations met and exceeded.

Backshop Attendant

- Taught 5-15 year old children how to ski and how to ski in the terrain park. 
- Managed groups of 7-10 children at a time.
