Within the business industry of Customer Service and Sales some highlights of my accomplishments are getting to know
the customer, what their interests are, what they already have, identifying customer needs and delivering solutions to
problems.  After all sales and or inquires, follow-up's with costumers are highly important to the upkeep of client relationships and repeat business.
