Senior Accounting Manager Consultant

I have over ten years of professional experience and have managed AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Billing, General Ledger (including intercompany) and payroll for 3000+ employees.  Additionally, I have managed the month end close process, royalty reconciliations, financial analysis, budget forecasting, stream lining of  process and procedures,  as well as oversee day to day activities to ensure optimal efficiency of work productions and multiple complex system implementations.


•	Book month end journal entries and recurring transactions in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Navision
•	Responsible for assisting with data cleanse effort for the Shared Services Project
•	Analysis of actual spending  versus forecast and budget, as well as monthly outlook submissions
•	Responsible for royalty reconciliations on licensing agreements 
•	Ad hoc analysis  and metrics related to capital spending utilizing Microsoft Excel
•	Provide balance sheet variance analysis and reporting for closes, estimates and plans
•	Perform balance sheet, vendor master data and customer master data reconciliations utilizing SAP
•	Identify unreconciled items and provide recommendations to where improvements are needed for financial data integrity and accuracy
•	Prepare management reports explaining aged unreconciled items 
•	Analysis on aged balances based on department’s industry standards
•	SOX compliance, testing and documenting of workflow process
•	Perform capital budgeting and reporting respons
