My name is Brad Phillips and most recently I took on the position as a loan consultant for Blue Harbor Auto. Daily duties entail obtaining personal information from applicants, then breaking down their credit data to help educate the consumer and find loan products within specified limits, reviewing loan documentation within various state specific limits, meeting underwriting guidelines, and above all else exemplifying the highest level of customer service. Previously, I held a position with Nordstrom FSB corporate credit office as a Senior Service Credit Specialist. This helped me become familiarized with the credit field with over 5 years of experience in financial consulting, knowledge reviewing credit reports/ credit histories, assessing the risk for prospective refinance loans to determine feasibility, and granting loans in accordance to federal laws. I went above and beyond to exceed company standards by evaluating all given information with financial statuses, managing corporate financial statements for both business and studio accounts (including business with Universal, MGM, Paramount, and Viacom), and checking in with both existing and prospective clients, in order to ensure that they are satisfied while understanding all terms of the loan agreements. I have a diverse background working with clients; engaging with customers over telephone to provide information about a multitude of different goods and services, all the while keeping up with market trends and regulations as they continue to evolve with economic and accounting principles and practices. This includes the financial markets, banking, analysis, and reporting of financial data accurately, in accordance to federal laws.I am extremely proficient with my typing skills (70 wpm+): I am a huge computer junkie.
