Marketing Event Coordinator 						          March 2013-Present
I am responsible for all aspects/details of LoanMart marketing from budgeting to development and execution of the brand marketing program with professional partnerships and affiliated TV and radio stations.

Planning and Development
   Plan, develop, and write creative briefs and marketing initiatives
   Maintain partnerships with major sponsors and organizations including NFL, LiveNation, MBL, NBA, Lucas Oil (off-road), etc.	
   Secure and negotiate new vendors
   Manage all equipment and supplies required for event including maintaining inventory of promotional items
Field Event Marketing
   Coordinate all LoanMart brand activation in the field and through LoanMart’s various partnerships
   Serve as on-site LoanMart representative and liaison/point of contact for all athlete support
   Supervise promotional team
   Develop and execute activation opportunities with athletes through fan interaction online or onsite, through contests, autograph signings and giveaways
   Maintain and update social media content 
   Secure all permits and travel for internal marketing and sales
   Book and manage all lodging and team travel associated with event on time and under budget
   Manage all shipping and logistics for event supplies
   Support marketing team in tracking and recapping outcomes of all events through a consistent log of event performance, expenses, and team performance
   Evaluate event outcome and whether goals were met
Social Media Management 
   Assist marketing team with actionable social media marketing campaigns
   Monitor social media accounts and promote community engagement
   Research and track new social media trends
LoanMart Racing Team Management
   Coordinate and maintain team schedules 
   Keep athletes informed of series deadlines or rule changes
   Produce promotional material such as posters, t-shirts, stickers etc
   Maintain relationships with other sponsors to broaden consumer base

•Manage and maintain CEO’s schedule
•Liaison between staff and CEO
•Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
•Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications

Executive Assistant

•Field all incoming calls	
•Monitor emails and social media for the show
•Research and prepare daily show content
•Prepare daily on-air reads as well as commercial spots/promos
•Schedule guests and prepare them for their appearance on the show 
•Handle customers technical issues, notifying support team when necessary

Producer

•Manage and maintain CEO’s schedule
•Arrange and coordinate meetings as well as special events 
•Handle travel arrangements and itinerary
•Create and maintain expense reports through excel 
•Liaison between staff and CEO
•Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
