To secure an accounting position in a company which allows room for growth.

Invoicing  and processing payroll were my main responsibilities in addition to various clerical assignments as needed.  I utilized MS Excel to maintain all data necessary for the billing of logistic services rendered to clients in the agriculture industry.  I also maintained the corresponding billing transaction information to calculate each driver’s earned wages and prepared payroll accordingly. The office also operated as a public bookkeeping service for which I prepared payroll for various small business accounts.


Accounting Clerk

Processed all payable expenses for the corporate office of an international designer shoe brand.  I coded to the GL manufacturer invoice line items and also all overhead expenses.  I then executed bi-weekly check runs which often amounted hundreds of thousands of dollars. Bank reconciliations was also part of the position in which I reviewed all corporate credit cards and expense reports ensuring legitimacy of each charge and expense report reimbursement. I was very detailed and organized in maintaining all receipts and supporting documents persistently.
