Oversaw a culture of more than 250 employees – operating 5, highly thematic, experiential, interactive, beautifully merchandised retail locations throughout the Washington DC Metro area specializing in mountain-sport, run-sport, paddle-sport, tri-sport, and snow-sport.  Develop, execute, and manage the corporate strategy to implement a dynamic/authentic culture by create initiatives to hire/train/develop enthusiastic staff, help facilitate the many unique aspects of efficiently operating a retail work environment. Cultivate our authentic outdoor retail workforce by coordinating specialty training, vendor representative visits, company-wide clinics and special events. 
Build HTO brand awareness by leading a dynamic local connection through community events, sponsorship opportunities, and on-site retail, expos, and showcase opportunities. Work directly with CEO/GM, marketing team, GMM/merchandising, and buying team to effectively communicate all aspects of marketing strategy execution.

Atlantis WeatherGear produces performance apparel and sportswear for all of the things active people do on and around the water. Cloudveil performance apparel focuses on all activities on and off the snow-slopes.  We are passionate sailors/skiers/outdoor enthusiasts, and our designs incorporate our unique combination of no-compromise performance and style inspired by decades of "Sail & Trail" experience and close collaboration with some of the best athletes in the world. Opened Rockhopper Outfitters retail storefront in historic downtown Annapolis, MD to build all Rockhopper brands and create unique retail experience for specialty active outdoor enthusiasts.
