My areas of expertise are, marketing, advertising and business development. For over eight years I worked at FX NETWORKS, marketing their original programs. I developed an idea for marketing short form content for the network, and learned how to digitize and transcode video content. I worked with partners to strategically distribute the content so that it would be seeded throughout the online space. I secured added value partnerships, thus garnering premier exposure for marketing and advertising campaigns.
Prior to that, I worked at Team One Advertising on the Lexus Dealer Association business account. I managed the Eastern, Western and Central Dealer Associations. While working at Team One, I was able to stay ahead of industry trends and the media landscape. To re-launch the new Lexus IS, I chose an unmeasured, relatively new medium that I knew skewed younger. This partnership plan received critical acclaim, as it was written up in Wired Magazine as well as Ad Age and Ad Week.
My talent lies in coming up with creative solutions, identifying opportunities, copy-writing and developing strategies. My problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, enable me to create synergies uniting the goals of the company’s marketing with its advertising objectives.
My four and a half years working at Team One taught me media planning and buying. My eight plus years at FX NETWORKS taught me marketing from the client side of the business. While at FX NETWORKS my department won over nine Promax gold awards, two silvers and a bronze for our innovative marketing ideas and concepts. My goal is to continue to develop my skills and have fun being creative in the process.
