For the past 7 years, I have striven to establish myself as a sales professional with skills in retail buying, and customer service. For 2 years of this time span, my experience has pertained to the action sports industry. Having recently graduated with my Bachelor's Degree, coupled with my industry experience, the next logical step in my career is to pursue a career in customer service, inside sales, or outside sales. My goal would be to attain a position with a company or brand that I have had the ability to work with or utilize in my professional or personal experience. Brands would most likely be associated with the Bike, Run, Tri, SUP, Surf, or Kayak industries. I am more than willing to relocate outside of Georgia where I currently reside.

Connecting with vendors on a daily basis to manage and order inventory in multiple departments. Also, working with vendors to troubleshoot customer issues regarding product. Managing customer relationships and building strong platforms to grow these relationships. Day-to-day upkeep of storefront and store operations. Maintaining an e-commerce website via the uploading of new products and related images, as well as corresponding with customers who have placed online orders and filling subsequent orders.

Maximize conversions through assisting customers' decision in purchasing bicycles, related equipment, and accessories. Establish client relationships through superior customer service in order to ensure further service and retail business. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and check-in customer's bicycles and equipment for service. Merchandise various departments throughout the retail floor via kiosks and other merchandising tools.

Sales

Everyday manning and maintaining a fleet vehicle. Traveling to customer's homes and businesses to provide consultation, quote, or maintenance to existing fish aquariums. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long term continued business with such clients.

Accounts Manager

Upkeep and maintenance of a storefront. Daily animal husbandry for fresh and saltwater fish, freshwater plants, and saltwater coral and invertebrates. Maintaining and establishing customer relationships. Helping to troubleshoot and provide advice for customer's regarding their aquariums, and to overall maximize sales and conversions.
