Professional sales manager with over 20 years experience selling a broad variety of action sports goods and apparel. Managed all aspects of company sales including hiring and training internal salespeople and independent sales agents, phone sales teams, sourcing distributors and negotiating contracts. Key account management, account growth planning, range development and presentation, Purchase orders and inventory control, core marketing development, budgeting and forecasting and periodical company reports and presenting updates for directors. I was the company sales / business manager overseeing and driving all sales domestically and internationally ( including online store). Managed internal sales team and sourced and managed external sales agents domestically as well as offshore agents/ distributors. During my tenure I was also instrumental in restructuring and improving sales and administration policies/practices, cash flow-collection procedures, new company T&C implementation, product design templates and product selection, production order management, key marketing opportunities and all company KPI parameters and company performance reports.

Promoted to Sales Manager following a hugely successful and rewarding period as a state sales rep within Monza Imports. I assumed the national sales management role for Fox Racing (sportswear division) and Spy Optics. Managed all internal sales team as well as contracted external sales agents within Australia. The product line I managed and sold included mens, ladies and kids clothing and accessories, footwear, eyewear and goggles. Managed national in house key accounts and worked 1:1 with sales team to build and drive sales domestically.

Opened my own agency after identifying the need and opportunity for the business as the companies sales manager (surf division). Relocated interstate to commence the agency exclusively with KGB/Wavelength vest , wetsuits and clothing and ran/managed all sales within the NSW territory.
