Early in Career Program Manager

- Selected to design, implement, and manage SendGrid's first University Relations Program, intern program, and CEO's visionary accelerator program for new college grads
- Oversee all aspects of our partnerships with selected universities; create contracts, manage sponsorships and on-campus programs, and create campus recruiting strategies to ensure top talent chooses SendGrid
- Manage university recruiting efforts nationwide for undergraduate and graduate talent, focusing on internships

- Managed the full lifecycle recruiting process for outside agencies
- Created a survey and reporting system to measure hiring performance
- Scheduled phone and on-site interviews including candidate travel when necessary; acted as a primary point of contact on day-of-interview for both candidate and interviewers, professionally handling all glitches
- Aided in hiring process implementation and documentation; communicated proactively with Hiring Managers, interview panels, the Recruiting Team, and candidates to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process
- Maintained Applicant Tracking System; generated and assisted with recruiting driven data/metrics


Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator

- Developed, streamlined and improved the data management process
- Analyzed and compiled data to ensure accurate transfer of the company’s inventory to a new database system 


Master Data Management

- Organized overall operations and itinerary design, and managed budgets for multiple North American destinations including the company’s largest program with a $5 million operating budget
- Coordinated on-site operations for the company’s largest program of 1200 guests
- Developed and managed guide communication; ensured continuing education of guides; managed website; facilitated post-season reviews


Adventure Director

- Served as liaison between overseas offices and 200 US summer camps in the hiring of international students as counselors and support staff
- Counseled international students in adjusting to a new environment; facilitated employment changes in cases of poor culture fits; completed shifts of 24 hour on call duty for up to 6 days at a time


Placement & Camp Fair Coordinator

- Hired and trained approximately 100 staff members, both counselors and support staff; implemented leadership reorganization; maintained the website; aided and mentored counselors
