Park Crew Manager

Self-motivated, and focused individual. Great team player, but not afraid to take the lead roll when given the chance. Looking to further my knowledge and understanding of the Action Sports industry, by acquiring key rolls with top brands.

As Park Crew Manager I am in charge of an 18 man crew, responsible for maintenance of 9 parks. My duties include scheduling park staff on a weekly basis, finalizing and submitting payroll bi-weekly. Attending weekly meetings with other department managers. Coordinate, and assist in the design of park builds with the Terrain Park Manager and Lead Groomer. I do physical and visual inspections of all 9 parks to ensure safety and rideability. Submit park maps to Ski Patrol and keep them updated on terrain park statuses. Update web content on the parks blog, posts on Instagram. Film and take Photos of our parks. Fix and refurbish any features that may become damaged throughout the season. Assist in coordinating of special events, and make sure that the event course is built and maintained to the highest standards.

Build and maintain park features on the mountain. build courses for special events, and contests. Assist in the design and layout of the terrain parks.
