I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. With my academic and work experience, I am very effective in communicating with the public, whether I am receiving a complaint or providing information. Customers who deal with me find their issues are resolved expediently and amicably and this is true regardless of whether I communicated with them in person or over the phone. I’m an outgoing, energetic, highly motivated individual who is ready to enter the next phase in her professional life. I’m looking for a dynamic, fast-paced organization where I can leverage the skill sets that I’ve developed and build upon my past experience in Customer Relations.
